At Official Sleep Token Merchandise, we want you to be fully satisfied with your offering; items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that limited edition drops and ritual-exclusive items may be subject to final sale terms.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old tracking stickers.
Await Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our sanctuary, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
